Rumpus Room - Joe McDermott

This weekend's Rumpus Room concert featuring Joe McDermott was recorded in July 2006, before Joe's latest CD, Everyone Plays Air Guitar, was released. I hope XMKids will be inviting him back soon so he can play more of the new songs live!

We have seen Joe perform live a couple of times, most recently a little less than a year ago in Austin. I hope we'll get to see him again soon!

I don't know what's happened, but we are hearing some great stuff again today! Roger Day, Seth Decker, The RTTS. Excellent. The variety is fantastic!

I don't care much for the Shushybye show. Puts me to sleep. But I guess that's its point?

I haven't yet looked to see what CD this was from, but I loved it! I'm always very excited when XM Kids plays something really different from the regular line up.

Next up was Blue Grasshopper -- liked that one too. XM Kids introduced us to Secret Agent 23 Skidoo, whom we really love too!
